Most Bauer composite sticks are covered by a one-time limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for custom equipment orders?
Customized gear, including MyBauer sticks and skates, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery, depending on the complexity of the order and seasonal demand.
Can I return equipment if it has been used on the ice?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Used equipment cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
